For our client, a leading wind turbine manufacturer, we are now looking for a Sales Manager with good Finnish language skills.

Key accountabilities:

• Monitor and control of the commercial targets, in terms of sales of megawatts, for the assigned geographical area. Knowledge of the assigned area's market development in the long and the short term, as well as the trade and legal framework for commercial and wind energy activity.

• Knowledge of the customers' state of affairs, mainly electrical companies and promoters: finances, licenses, agreements with other competitor suppliers, ?who?s who? in the company.

• Benchmarking and market supervision: commercial offers and contracts of competitors (scope, pricing, terms and conditions, bonds?, etc).

• Participation in professional trade fairs related to the wind industry.

• Identifying top strategic customers and successfully building relationships, aiming to reach long-term commercial or master agreements.

• Working closely with other sales team members and throughout the company, to successfully integrate commercial proposals and supply agreements, containing complex technical, economic and legal information.

• Interfacing with customers and providing solutions in the development of commercial agreements with top utilities and wind farm promoters, from initial contact, presentation of offer and until closing.

• Contribute to maintaining a strong customer relationships throughout the whole process -from the contract signature, to the end of the period of guarantee. Making sure customers meet their contractual obligations.

• Collaborating in the annual sales/assembly briefings towards the global budget, and participating in the launch of new products and customer monitoring.

• Reporting annually, biannually, monthly and weekly to senior management.

Experience & background:

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher preferred
• Languages: English, Swedish and Finnish at a proficiency level is
required;
• Work experience: some working years in Commercial or Project
Management departments, preferably with highly technically
complex products, within the mentioned markets.
• Previous working experience in the energy, manufacturing, capital
goods, car industry or equivalent is desirable.
• A proven track record of success: identifying new market
opportunities, managing the sales and specification process that
lead to orders, excellent communication skills and understanding of
customers and resources management capability.
