You will be part of the Swedish Large Motor and Generator regional division. This division develops, sells, designs, and produces a comprehensive range of reliable and highly efficient motors and generators for various applications on a global market.

You will lead the team of direct reports and combine it with some hands-on sales, providing great opportunities for international experience.
This role reports to the Sales & Project Manager of Large Motors and Generators, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
Heading up the sales team who will sell and promote our portfolio for synchronous generators.
Lead the team to ensure profitability as well as growth in this application. Growing top line sales by proactive and strategic sales efforts is your main target.
Having good relations with customers and with ABBs local sales offices is key. As a leader you need to make sure your team is promoting our products, share our competence, and build trust with all our stakeholders.
Assurance of full compliance to ABB code of conduct and integrity as well as health and safety standards, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
At least 5 years' experience in sales with good track record. Management experience is seen as a plus.
Experience from rotating machines is desired, as well as commercial skills.
As a leader, you are best described as, customer focused, structured, communicative and with a full commitment to integrity.
You are known for your skills in developing new opportunities.
