Oriflame is now looking for a new Sales Force Trainer!

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Do you want to influence and impact on how people develop their own business? We are on a journey to the next level, join us!

• Be the owner of the Sales Force training portfolio for the Western Europe region (WE), in close coordination with Global Sales Support
• Evaluate, design, develop and implement on the field the needed trainings for our Sales Force.
• Be present on the field, delivering trainings and supporting their implementation through the local Sales Teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consultant Induction Program: Review and drive implementation of the Consultant Induction Program in WE. Adapt and implement the class-room training materials for both the sponsors and new consultants. Detect and correct pain points, in close collaboration with the Sales Support Specialist.

• e-learning: Establish e-learning as must do to all new consultants and a focus area for the local Sales Teams. Develop and implement a follow up and reporting system. Drive the new modules implementation, in collaboration with global and the markets.

• Sales System: Adapt the current sales system on a conceptual level as a clear and easy to follow process for both newcomers and existing Leaders. Promote regular training as an onboarding tool to the new employees.

• Global Training Programs: Review usage and implementation of existing training materials across WE, in close collaboration with Global Sales Support. Create regional framework for training implementation and follow-up. Ensure ongoing communication with the Wellness Managers in the markets. Clarify the training plan for each segment focused on desired behaviour change.

• Market Sales Teams: Ensure knowledge and proficiency on available trainings. Detect the training needs in the different markets and develop ad-hoc actions to fulfil those needs. Establish a common platform best practice sharing across the markets. Drive and implement trainings and quarterly training/sharing webinars, in close collaboration with Sales Support Specialist.

CHARACTERISTICS
The Sales Force Trainer WE must be a strong communicator and confident in presenting and delivering training sessions. Your focus is on designing and implementing training tools, using input and feedback from different functions/regions. The work environment is fast moving and entrepreneurial and plans are frequently adjusted thus you need to be flexible and able to adapt to ensure best outcome for the business. You have a positive and proactive mind-set and the ability to work under pressure with several parallel projects running with short deadlines.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in planning and implementing training programs
• Experience in FMCG and/or Direct Sales/MLM as a benefit
• Excellent skills in MS office (PPT, Excel)
• Fluent English a pre-requisite
