About the position
SW is now looking for a Sales Coordinator for one of our clients. The company is a manufacturer of home electronics, and you will be based in the Nordic head quarter in Akalla, Stockholm.
You will have the main responsibility over the Nordic commercial terms, invoice payment, cost monitoring and system training, which means that you will undertake administration duties that leave the sales team free to focus on the busy business of selling. The job includes
• Commercial term set up in the system.
• Secure efficient system usage and development.
• Claim or invoice verification and booking.
• Monitoring budget progress, communicating with sales team and reporting to finance manager.
• Monitoring sales team's regulatory performance in terms of HQ policy.
• Understand the financial statement structure and analyze the costs upon request.
• Training internal systems and the company's guidelines to sales organization.
• External reporting to customers and associations.
• Strong administration/organizational skills
• Very structured work approach.
• Good Excel skills.
• Good analytic skills.
• Deep Economic knowledge and interest
• Good pedagogic skills
• Good communication skills
• Good customer care skills
You will report to the Finance and Sales Admin Manager.
Qualifications
We believe that you are educated within economics (through high school, university or vocational education), and that you have 2-3 years of experience from similar working tasks. We also believe that you have

It is important that you have strong communication skills in English and Swedish, since the role includes frequent international contacts.
You are quick to learn, accurate and attentive to details, and you are able to work under pressure and to deadlines. You have a proactive approach, and you are able to work independently and as a team. You are costumer focused, solution oriented and self driven with team player skills.
