Klarna is looking for a Sales Controller to the office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Klarna has had an amazing journey and in 2011 we reached 750 M. SEK in revenue, accomplished in only seven years. With growing markets in Europe and new products we are expecting a big growth in the coming years as well. Klarna?s Finance division consists of three departments and about 50 people working with everything from accounting to purchasing. Within the Strategy & planning department you find the controlling team and we need to strengthen the team with one more controller.

The role
As Sales Controller you will support Klarna?s global sales department in getting the best leverage from our cost of sales. Through a close relationship with sales management, you are a trusted advisor and provide timely analysis of financial scenarios related to business challenges, opportunities and projects. You will also maintain an efficient flow in key financial processes as business planning, budgeting and follow-up of actuals. The role is vital in enabling sales to steer towards their financial targets.

You also maintain a close relationship toward your colleagues within the Finance Division. As a team you continuously improve our common processes, tools, analysis and communication towards the needs of the business but you are also expected to run development projects independently.

You report to the Head of divisional control within the Finance Division and are a part of a very talented team of currently four controllers.

The candidate
You have 3-5 years of successful experience within business control and are now eager to step up to a new challenge. You have excellent skills in MS Office and are an experienced user of a well-known accounting system such as Windows AX, Cognos or SAP. You are motivated by continuous improvements and are used to drive independent projects in a structured way. If you have experience from a complex sales environment, it is a strong merit. That you are fluent in oral and written English is a given.

As a person, a successful candidate have the ability to take different perspectives, see what is important and find new ways of putting everyday business process deviations into a tactic and strategic context. You are a team player, see the value of building strong networks and know good communication. You get energy from contributing and helping your team deliver on time.
