Are you interested in driving critical group wide risk processes?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Join a highly skilled team within Group Risk, responsible for driving critical group wide risk processes (Recovery Plan, ICAAP, Stress tests, Top-Down Risk Assessment).

• Drive and take ownership of the critical group wide risk processes and reports.

• Develop a good understanding of the bank's overall business and strategic direction.

• Collaborate and build a network across Swedbank Group to improve the understanding of risks and strengthen collaboration across teams.

• Gain understanding of how different factors and scenarios effects the capital adequacy of the bank.

• Actively participate in the development of the Swedbank Group's plan to ensure viability in times of severe financial stress.

• Play a key role to ensure high standards of risk assessments and reports.

• Appropriately identify and solve issues and, when needed, ensure timely and effective escalation.

• Play a key role to ensure that the reports are in line with internal and external expectations and regulations.

• Provide support, attend, and present risk assessments and reports to relevant internal steering committees.

• Participate in communication and presentations to regulators.

• Bring new ideas to the table for developing the processes and propose implementation solutions.

• Provide support in the implementation of new regulatory standards.

• Coordinate and reviewal of relevant internal regulations.

What is needed in this role:
• Interest in driving processes, and an interest in banking, finance, and risk analysis.

• Demonstrated experience from either project management or from financial sector.

• Able to build trust and strong relationships within the team and with stakeholders.

• A desire to learn and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

• Communication skills and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics or other relevant field.

• Fluent verbal and written communication in Swedish and English.

• Previous work with recovery planning, stress testing, ICAAP, ILAAP or other regulated processes is meriting.
