We are currently looking for Reward Manager, Nordic Baltic to partner with our internal Schneider Nordics Baltic Zone leaders to drive and deliver the agenda for the full spectrum of Performance, compensation and benefits area across the countries in your scope to attract, motivate, retain and engage employees.

The position can be located in Copenhagen, Denmark or Stockholm, Sweden with a flexible hybrid working model.

The position is permanent and starts as soon as the right candidate has been found.

What will you do?

• Partner and Consult with the Zone HR and business leaders to deliver a relevant and competitive compensation and benefits strategy
• Define & drive the reward roadmap and support deployment of reward programs:
• Lead the implementation, adaptation, delivery and governance of Compensation and Benefits elements, campaigns and projects in collaboration with other HR stakeholders (such as pay, benefits, incentives, share plans, recognition, gender equity, living wage etc.)
• Define and design country benefits aligned to local external market needs and Europe 2025 Ambitions plan. Provide recommendations and anticipate emerging trends in relevant market place
• Simplify and integrate Reward terms and conditions and lead ongoing Reward convergence, including M&A activity
• Initiate and follow operational excellence in the delivery of all annual Reward cycles to the country level
• Monitor effectiveness of initiatives, policies and procedures, recommending policy and process revisions which are cost/process effective and consistent with Reward best practice and talent goals
• Train & Coach: Lead Reward program education & awareness for designated countries in partnership with HRBP'S and Managers
• Ensure compliance with local laws & regulations and interface in Reward with employee and labour relations/HR groups as required

What will help you to be successful?

• Suitable educational background such as Bachelor's Degree within HR, Finance or Business related discipline
• Experience within HR/Finance/Analytics role with Compensation and Benefits related activities
• Ability to anticipate issues, market trends, changes required within the business and opportunities for improvement
• Data analytics and visualisation skills
• Digital acumen: constantly Seeking ways to improve user experience and efficiency via digital solutions;
• An understanding of labour relations and regulatory compliance environment as it relates to Reward
• Experience in M&A reward projects
• Proficient language skills in English and Danish or Swedish

You have excellent presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills. You are proactive at partnering and collaborating with your stakeholders and you combine creative/innovative mindset with strong financial and business acumen. You are a project manager who is able to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a matrix environment and you are equally comfortable working strategically and hands-on to accomplish your goals.
