Make Up Store offers more than quality products; every store offers a complete shopping experience. Reporting to the CEO you will be tasked with developing new franchise markets and enhancing existing markets and driving the overall sales and profitability of those markets.
Job Description:
Preparation of a market strategy with the Executive team on new country development programs.
Perform feasibility studies including partner alliances to ensure success of new markets including legal, local, government regulations and business setup process.
Identify new business opportunities with Master franchise as well as retail concepts / brands and negotiations regarding the above.
Implement new standards, procedures etc. relevant to the new market /country
Perform competitor analysis, new retail site locations negotiations; liaise with malls & legal etc.
Regular international and local travel.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 5 years retail experience on a senior level from fashion, jewelry, cosmetics or department stores background is essential.
Proven experience in developing new retail markets, including new countries, new business development with Principals, new brand development etc.
Ideally you will have worked for large structured retail company at a senior level.
Sound financial management and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of International as well as Swedish Franchising.
Excellent work ethic, hands on approach and a focused team player are valued attributes.
Fluent in Swedish and English, and any third language is highly valued, preferably Spanish.
Good computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint are prerequisites.
We are looking for a socially competent, outgoing person whom has experience from high level negotiations and presentations.
