Description
Job Overview
The Retail Fixture Coordinator is responsible for maintenance, updates and new communication roll-outs for Google in-stores fixtures across the Nordic and BeNeLux regions. The person will work in conjunction with NRGs client team and with Store operations and Marketing teams at Google
Responsibilities
• Secure that all in-store fixtures in assigned regions drive sales and creates a positive Google brand experience. Tracking of existing fixture placements.
• Coordinate maintenance, updates and new communication roll-outs for all fixtures.
• Supervise process for ordering, tracking and delivery of new material.
• Drive regularly inventory of in-store fixtures and the communication material.
• Managing stock and warehouse logistics for all marketing materials including POS.
• Take part in creating and ordering in-store material for campaigns.
Skills
• Strong project coordination/management skills.
• Proactive with a natural drive and a feeling for ownership.
• Structured personality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English (Dutch or French is a plus).
• Strong PC skills (spreadsheets)
Experience
• Relevant work experience in a similar project-based role.
• Working in a matrix organization and/or international company.
• Ordering processes and logistics processes.
• Experience from a trade marketing role is a plus.
Others
