hela Sverige Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: One researcher position is available in the Mucosal Immunology group headed by Professor Nils Lycke at the Department of Microbiology & Immunology at the University of Gothenburg. The research will focus on mechanistic studies of ADP-ribosylating adjuvants and targeted cells of the innate immune system with special reference to universal flu-vaccine. Expertise in state-of-the-art of humanized mouse models and excellent training in basic immunology techniques and extensive experience with mouse work and experiments.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: The successful candidate will have documented training in immunology (Ph.D), with considerable practical expertise in a broad range of immunological techniques, including multi-color flow cytometry, primary cell isolation and an in vivo/in vitro cellular assays and experience with in vivo murine models, especially humanized mice. The candidate should be highly motivated, and have the ability to work independently, but also enjoy contributing and working with a team. An achieved PhD doctoral degree is required for the position as researcher at Göteborg University.
