We are now looking for several Requirements Analysts to our IT department, characterized by creativity and diversity. We have need of both junior and senior Requirement Analysts with experience from supplier management and non-functional requirements.
As a Requirement Analyst you will be part of our Store- or Online expansion worldwide. You get the opportunity to contribute in exciting projects and management of situations of varying complexity. In you role you will have close collaboration with our business, our maintenance leaders and our external suppliers to build a foundation to create value to our business - every day.

Your responsibilities
As Requirements Analyst at H & M you take great responsibility - and have incredibly fun.
Your role consists, among other things (depending on which area you will work in):
-Plan and operate requirements work in collaboration with the business and with your team
• Assist the business to understand the impact of requirements, and to prioritize between these
• Capture, clarify, question and document requirements
• Analyzing requirements based on business objectives and IT strategy
• Participate in and facilitate requirement meetings/workshops
• Cooperate and communicate with and update key contributors such as your project manager, your service responsible, business and external suppliers
• Drive and coordinate continuous improvement activities with different key stakeholders (i.e. Service Delivery, Suppliers, Business)

Also, you have these skills and experiences:
• At least 2 year of experience in working with the requirements of business and IT
• Experience of working with non-functional requirements
• Experience of working with external suppliers
• Experience from ITIL and how to apply ITIL in service delivery.
• Experience from documenting requirements
• Ability to communicate about problems and solutions, both at a business level and a technical level
• Ability to adapt to how new business and IT-solutions works
• Ability to facilitate requirement meetings/workshops
• Good knowledge in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
Since we are looking for Requirements Analysts to several positions we are in need of different skills. We are for example looking for candidates who have experience in Adobe, CMS-tools, Hybris, SAP and/or Web / e-commerce. It is also a plus to have Basic knowledge of service orientation, service catalogue and change management for some of the roles.
The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers "Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way". The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, & Other Stories and H&M Home. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
