hela Sverige We at Massive are now looking for a relocation assistant to join us in Malmö. Massive is a part of Ubisoft a global entertainment company working with games for consoles and PC. One of our main challenges is to attract talent to join us and often that talent is not local. This means that we need to hire internationally and have a smooth process for relocating new hires. This position will be our champion in this area. You will be tasked with helping our foreign employees with relocation, visa process, contact with the tax office and accommodation amongst other things.
About the position
Being the central component of the relocation process you will essentially organize specific relocation for each transferring family, develop moving schedules, and determine resources needs, as well as ensuring the completion of detailed schedules for relocation from initiation to delivery and keep management informed of any deviations.
The position requires direct phone contact with future employees, the tax office and migration board, domestic and international partners providing all of them with excellent customer service.
Your duties and tasks
• Work with employees, managers and external service providers to facilitate all relocation.
• Strategize the physical move of corporate employees and new hires
• Manage both the resources and execution of relocation
• Cultural Awareness & Integration help to ensure employees have no inconvenience in newly relocated area.
• In charge of travel needs for future employees
• Continual onsite support a certain period of time
• Spouse/Partner support
• Household Goods Moves
• Contact with Swedish authorities and responsible for visa process
The ideal candidate
• will have excellent customer service skills, can-do attitude, genuine desire to help others, computer literate (very good with Microsoft Office tools), excellent problem solving skills, great listener, ability to multi task, work in a fast-paced, high energy atmosphere. We want a team-oriented individual with a strong sense of care and urgency. You have a strong head for numbers along with an excellent attention to detail. Our new relocation specialist will provide individuals with utility, accommodation, health services, general provisions and special information. A can-do attitude and good cultural fit are top priority.
Required skills
• Relocation and Immigration experience preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Very good English and Swedish skills
• One year HR Generalist experience is a plus
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Manage multiple task assignments
Bonus skills
• Knowledge of more than one foreign language
