What you will do
As an Infotainment Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Software Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in fostering efficiency and collaboration within our departments. Working closely with department management teams, you'll oversee the progress and delivery of our software releases, ensuring they align with predetermined timelines and content requirements. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work with cross-functional teams, driving agile processes and maintaining transparent communication channels to align strategy and execution. Additionally, you'll lead efforts to identify and address obstacles and risks, nurturing a proactive and supportive work environment.
Who you are
To thrive in this role, we're seeking someone with a diverse background in software, project management, and agile processes. Your ability to foster effective communication and collaboration across diverse stakeholders is paramount. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a continuous learning mindset are key qualities we value. Relevant qualifications such as a BSc degree in computer science or engineering, coupled with extensive experience in software development and agile leadership, are desirable.
