Regional Talent Acquisition Manager (fixed-term opportunity)
Galderma is establishing a best-in-class Talent Acquisition (TA) function to support the growth and the transformation of the business. To realise that ambition, the TA team is looking to recruit a number of key individuals to drive, support and underpin the strategy.
As Regional TA Manager, you will focus on the delivery of the Talent Acquisition strategy for the business, primarily in Uppsala (Sweden) and across geographies. You will be part of the global TA team and will work collaboratively with HR colleagues and Hiring Managers to deliver both the workforce plan and a seamless candidate experience. The position is based in Uppsala and will report directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager based in Switzerland. This is a fixed-term position for one year, with opportunity to become a permanent role as the business is growing at a fast pace.
Job responsibilities / Ditt uppdrag
* Contribute and implement Talent Acquisition plans and programs to meet business needs in your area of responsibility.
* Implement, execute and maintain the programs and policies of the organization's Talent Acquisition function like recruitment, induction, talent prospecting, talent evaluation and staffing and track the alignment of these activities with operating standards
* Implement and execute Talent Acquisition activities like advertising vacancies, screening candidates, induction and talent evaluation through ongoing support and solutions
* Contribute to the development and administration of all processes related to Talent Acquisition programs and policies
* Collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition and HR to support the employees at Galderma
* Participate in driving transformation and change of Talent Acquisition practices to maximize its benefit to people at all levels at Galderma and external candidates
Minimum requirements/ Är du den vi söker?
* Demonstrates strong knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition processes in a multinational environment and the ability to use that knowledge and experience effectively to engage stakeholders and candidates.
* Demonstrates strong communication, engagement and business partnering skills to sustain momentum around the change agenda at a pace without compromising the Talent Sourcing experience for candidates and Hiring Managers.
* Demonstrates knowledge and experience in talent attraction and engagement, strategic sourcing and assessment practices, and utilises that knowledge to source, attract and assess talent.
* Able to work effectively within a matrix environment and to demonstrate agility between detail and strategy.
* Demonstrates the ability to work sensitively, and effectively, within and across diverse teams with ambitious deadlines.
* Demonstrates authentic ambition, sense of urgency, agility and tenacity and a genuine commitment to join a fast-moving company.
* Holds a BSc / BA in business administration, Human Resources or relevant field.
* Ideally has experience working in Workday
* Fluent in English and Swedish
