Regional Sales Manager Nordics - Energy Systems
Emerson Network Power is now looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Energy Systems/Telecom market. The role is for the Nordic region and the position is preferable located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Job description
As a Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for driving sales of the Energy Systems business and also responsible for promoting the complete Emerson Network Power portfolio into the Telecom customer base in the Nordics Region. You primary areas of responsibility are:
Lead, direct and support the Energy Systems / Telecom sales team in the Region to ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
Drive annual, quarterly and monthly sales planning and reporting as required by the Energy Systems / Telecom business.
Develop and execute short, medium and long term growth strategies to profitably increase Energy Systems / Telecom sales in the region
Create and execute penetration plans for profitable sales growth with the Telecom Key Accounts in the Region
Develop and execute channel strategies for the Region as required to grow the business and penetrate target customers.
Proactively develop collaborative selling relationships with other Emerson Network Power divisions and develop account penetrations plans to grow the Telecom business in the Region
Recommend marketing and customer event plans as needed to drive profitable sales growth, develop customer awareness and build customer relationships in the Region

Qualifications
We believe you have at least a University degree or similar preferable within engineering. You have more than 7 year experience of Sales Management preferable within the telecom market. It is important that you are strong in the area of creating relations and networking and achieve results and customers' expectations. As a person you are driven, self-going and adaptable. As you are working with customers across Sweden and the rest of the Northern countries, the position will require travel. The role requires that you speak and write English and Swedish fluently, additional Nordic languages are a plus. Swedish driving license is required.
