The position as Assistant Accountant is part of a small and dynamic finance team in DANONE's Nordic organisation (Sweden, Norway & Denmark) in the new office situated in Solna, Stockholm. You will report to the Finance director.
The responsibilities include:
• Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
• Input purchase invoices in accounting system
• Bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in other financial tasks
• Duties as general office assistant for administration approximately 20% of the time
Who are you?
You have basic accounting skills and probably a few years experience of similar work. Knowledge of an accounting software/program is required and experience of Navision is an advantage. Fluent knowledge of oral and written English is required, and oral and written Swedish is a merit. In addition some knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel is preferable.
As a person you have a good attention to detail and you have good customer service skills. You are accurate with numbers and flexible to work towards deadlines. Your communication and inter-personal skills are well developed.
