hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Asap IT AB i Uppsala The position is for a recruitment consultant to run our recruitment operations in Sweden office, the office location is in Uppsala.
Asap IT is an IT staffing provider, in short we search the market for consultants for mainly SAP and Siebel projects for our clients, this includes developer's architects, testers, managers etc.
Our aim is to be bring the best consultants worldwide to our Scandinavian clients IT projects. It is therefore important to have good knowledge in English (both speech and writing).
Tasks
Consultant side:
• Managing your own workload (we need a person that feels comfortable working and managing things on its own).
• Managing/taking care of Asap IT existing consultants and meeting them regularly.
• Expanding/sourcing candidate database with local and international IT professionals.
This includes selecting and interviewing candidates, preparing and "polishing their CVs for possible and client interviews and doing references.
• Keep track of existing candidate time sheet
• Helping out and managing Visa applications for candidates when needed or any other administrative help our consultants might need, booking hotels etc.
Client's side:
• Proactively and strategically develop new business while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Regular meetings with existing clients when needed and booking meetings with new clients
• Cold calling in order to sell Asap IT services to new clients.
Keep track of invoice to client.
The person:
• Target-driven and results-driven personality but at the same time always make sure candidate and client interest comes first.
• Individual with an ability to use knowledge commercially and intelligently.
• Highly organized and successful professional.
• Strong negotiators with outstanding service skills.
• Great communicator comfortable networking at all levels.
• Social and loves working with people and networking.
• At least basic IT knowledge or interest in IT.
• Last but not least a very flexible and enthusiastic personality.
