Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter within R&D to our attractive client in Stockholm. You will have singularly responsible for owning the full-cycle recruitment process. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in one (or multiple) domains or shows a strong willingness to learn more about a certain domain. You take ownership of own ATS and HRIS administration. You produce highly accurate recruitment data. Effectively partners with stakeholders & HRBPs, potentially across multiple areas of domain expertise. Participates and contributes to global TA projects. Takes an active role in knowledge sharing internally on best practices. Supports training, onboarding, and developing new team members.
Personal qualities
We are looking for a person with the ability to manage a recruitment process independently without supervision. Operates in a transparent fashion to stakeholders and peers; willing to engage in challenging conversations. Target-driven & analytical - utilizes data to determine necessary actions, as well as cultivating pipelines for domain. Communication - Is open, transparent, and courageous. Analytical - critically evaluates information. Begins to act as a strategic thought partner to senior levels of leadership within the company.

Salary, as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time position, regular office hours (40 h/week). The position will start immediately as agreed, and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months with possibility of extension. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in ENGLISH as soon as interviews are ongoing.
