We are hiring a receptionist to one of our strategic customers. Location Gothenburg at the customers HQ. Position includes shiftleading duties.

• Mon-Fri 07:45-16:45
Main work task responsibilities
Reception
• Operate the reception according to local office hours
• Support employees and visitors with easier tasks, for example ordering taxi and guiding guests
• Keep the reception area and guest entrance of the building representative
• Administrative tasks
Internal mail handling
• Perform pick-up, distribution and delivering of mail, postal packages,
• Assist with packaging, addressing, stamping and sorting of incoming-, outgoing- and courier mail
• Act as client counselor at postal concerns (postage, goods distribution, etc.)
• Provide stamping service and administrating postage
Conference services
• Keep meeting facilities neat and tidy
• Assist in rearranging meeting furniture according to meeting needs
• Support users with first line of support with conference room equipment
• Support users with catering needs
Other Administration
• Administrate parking permits to employees
• Lead and distribute the cleaning staff
FM key contact
• Reporting to landlord for office issues
• Coordinate different service providers and be a key contact to them
• Support office layout changes and furniture needs
• Support and coordinate events at office
• Keep employee lists updated
