We are now looking for another great contributor to people's life at home in the form of a Range Manager in Business Area Bedroom!
We are 110 home furnishing enthusiasts who develop beautiful, functional and innovative products affordable for the many people.

The journey ahead in Bedroom is very exciting. One of our biggest and most unique opportunities is to create a deep and personal connection between a better home and a better everyday life.
On this journey our Range Manger is a vital enabler. As Range Manager you will be right in the centre of our business and most of all our product development, taking part in creating what IKEA is all about; our product range.
Together with a team of Product Design Developers you will translate IKEA Range & Supply's strategy into range goals and ultimately into strengthening our range offer.
Creating the IKEA range requires an holistic strategic capability plus an eye for the details, as well as creativity and a thorough understanding of people's life at home and their different needs.
To achieve this, each Business Area has a Range Manager, who leads to process of turning IKEA Range & Supply's range strategy into a range for the specific business area.
The Range Manager functions as a leader and sounding board for the team of Product Design Developers and ensures (in cooperation with the Range matrix) the IKEA overall range direction.
The role as Range Manager will consist of:
• Developing the range according to IKEA 's identity and ensure that the business grows.
• Overall responsibility for keeping a high professional level of Range & Product design development within the BA
• Interpret and translate the "IKEAS Range and design direction" into a range plan for the Business Area and guide the Product Design Developers in the right direction.
• Personnel and competence development responsibility for the Product Design Developers.
