hela Sverige Do you like working with technical support, testing and development? Bluewater is a Swedish company with costumers and distributers all over the world.
We are looking for a technical support role within water purification technology products, more specifically reversed osmosis.
You will be responsible for working with our customers, whether they are dealers and distributers or retail customers to solve quality issues, provide technical support over the phone and email and occasional on-site customer support for Scandinavian and European territories. This position is located in Stockholm and will be reporting to the sales team in Stockholm and the Quality Manager based in the USA.
In addition to supporting our sales teams, you will spend time in our lab testing old and new products, our competitors' products and work closely with R&D to assist with testing and prototyping. You will be our liaison to dealers and distributers, training them to properly install, service and market our high-quality purification products. Given the level of personal interaction required for this role, you should be effective at communicating over the phone, in writing and importantly face to face.
Requirements:
Experience of water purification, and the ability to interpret water quality and analysis reports. Ability to make suggestions to adjust the water with add-ons based on the local needs. Working knowledge or understanding of residential plumbing design and installation processes. Understanding of hydronics, flow controls, sensors, pump design, specification, and control valve operation. Ability to use digital work and communication tools such as Excel, Word & Teams. You can communicate in Swedish and English oral and written.
