As a quality specialist you will establish and maintain a continuous improvement (CI) culture in Hitachi ABB Power Grids, focusing on Customer & Quality by deploying a set of CI competencies, utilizing Lean Six Sigma (L6S) as the CI methodology, and creating transparency to monitor progress, within the area of responsibility.

Your responsibilities
Drive, support & coach failure investigations & root cause analysis with the use of L6S-methodology
Participate & perform quality audits
Develop, implement & support the line functions with quality assurance & quality control activities and processes
Provide training, coaching, and learning to the organization through supporting effective lessons learned and transfer of experience
Breathing continuous improvement & identifying areas of improvement within the line organization & quality function
Be a true ambassador for quality in establishing a stronger quality culture
Being a valued & contributing member of the quality team & in close contact with the line organization
Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you are analytical and structured with good communications skills and pedagogical ability
Ability to influence & drive initiatives in complex environments
You hold a university degree in Engineering or Quality and have work experience from quality management
Green or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred
Proficiency in English is required since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world
