High Voltage Breakers is a key business unit within Hitachi Energy, based in Ludvika, Sweden. Our unit has global responsibility for developing, producing, and selling high voltage breakers for power systems. As the world shifts towards green energy, high voltage breakers play a crucial role in accelerating the transition.

Your responsibilities
Administrate and coordinate resolution tasks for customer care response process.
Elaborating root cause analysis (RCA) in coordination with other functions in the unit.
Identify improvement areas and apply suitable methodology to eliminate problems at its root in the value chain.
Collaborate with our European quality team to improve related processes and instructions.

Your background
You hold an Engineering degree (Bachelors or Master) and/or a couple of years working experience in quality, production/products, project management or equivalent functions.
You have good communication skills and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
You are a curious person with the drive to challenge yourself for continuous development in both short and long term.
You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
It is preferable if you have prior knowledge of our products and manufacturing processes, as well as knowledge regarding root cause analysis (RCA) process and report writing.
Good skills in Power BI and MS Excel are considered as a merit.
Since you will be working in a global environment being fluent in English is essential. Being fluent in Swedish is meriting but not mandatory.
