Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional being able to take Quality & Reliability ownership of TRC converting equipment and Processes.
As Quality & Process Manager Tetra Recart your overall objective is to manage and implement converting line strategies for the factories in order for them to produce and deliver competitive packaging materials.
This position will be reporting to Director Tetra Recart & Tetra Rex and will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
Contribute to the profitable growth of Tetra Recart business with supply chain as a competitive edge.
Develop and drive Quality Roadmap for Tetra Recart
Lead, prioritize and guide on converting quality issues.
Manage the Quality standards and tools specifically to Tetra Recart
Lead and participate in Quality and Crease cutting & Side Sealing process networks to improve collaboration among factories for Technical Issues reduction, improved productivity, and reliability.
Propose continuous improvement initiative and support factories in implementation.
Main contact with customers and MC related to PM and Tetra Recart converting quality.
Lead global loss intelligence and prioritize initiatives for Tetra Recart into IBE pipeline.
Participate in investment assessment & business case development.
Work together with Base Material to execute BM roadmap.

The critical competencies we are looking for are proven leadership skills, business acumen, excellent communication, and ability to drive and implement change. You have experience from WCM, Quality improvement and cost optimization and have a keen interest in technology and development.
As a person you are used to challenging the status quo, have strong leadership & influencing skills and are able to drive actions and people in an agile environment. You are able to set clear priorities, you are active in your outreach to your stakeholders and are able to drive alignment and agreement to action.
You have a University degree in Engineering and at least 10 - 15 years of proven experience in Supply Chain and converting operations.You must be fluent both in written and spoken English.
