We are looking for Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialists to join our team. It doesn't matter if you are fresh out of school or have previous work life experience, the most important is that you are a driven person who wants to take the next step in your career.
Your responsibilities
Drive quality culture throughout the organization
Drive critical quality issues/improvement projects (Lean Six Sigma projects)
Develop, improve, and implement quality support processes
Lead Kaizen events/improvement workshops
Perform quality audits and assessments
Support handling non-conformities
Analyze performance data and drive actions
Collaborate with different stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction
Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive, flexible, and pro-active mindset, take responsibility, and enjoy working in teams
You have solid communication and influencing skills to address and build trust with people on different organizational levels
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Process Management, Lean, SixSigma and Continuous Improvements is considered a plus
You have an Engineering degree, preferably within quality management
You preferably have knowledge and experience from Lean Six Sigma projects
English is a must, both is written and spoken. Swedish and other additional language skills are a plus
Experience in quality and/or working with ISO-standards is considered an advantage
