Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure our textile products within MC, MX and snow meet the standards within quality and compliance. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to manage product compliance, CE certifications, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal teams with expert knowledge on product standards, certifications and compliance.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on new product development and risk assessments.
• Manage CE certifications and documentation in line with PPE and EU regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding quality issues and product improvements.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions for your product category.
• Ensure accurate product labelling, compliance and documentation according to EU regulations.
• Accountable for manuals and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in textile engineering, product development, or related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in quality management, preferable the PPE segment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and CE certifications.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator or similar tool is a plus.
• An advantage if you are an onroad, offroad or snow rider, or have a passion for the industry.

You will be part of the Quality Assurance team in the Offering department, reporting to the Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager.
