Job description:
• Work with all product related concerns that might occur, both regarding hardware and software on a global basis for all brands.
• You will work close together with our quality case managers to solve quality issues.
• You will be the communicating link between Technical Service at our Brands and the design, development departments.
• Support customers with issues in the field. You will be working with both hardware and software.
• You will support Product Development, by analyzing the measured data and propose possible issues or solutions.
• As a Customer Service Engineer you will be responsible to do reviews of diagnostic fault trees within you area during project and maintenance phase
• You will be responsible in QJs for measuring and proof documentation in the field.
Required skills:
• We want you to be a positive, structured, flexible, open-minded and engaged member of the Q&CS and Support team
• Have a great interest in our products and want to work with a large contact net.
• You have an interest to solve quality items with in a high speed.
• You speak and write English fluently. Further language skills are considered as an additional qualification
• You have an education as vehicle technician, Technical High School or Technical University or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge in development tools as, ATI Vision, CANalyzer and/or other external systems for CAN based measurement is considered as an additional qualification.
• Knowledge and experience of Aftertreatment system, EATS, is a qualification.
• Driving license for car is necessary and for truck is considered as an additional qualification.
