hela Sverige We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Quality Assurance Analyst for our E-commerce testing team! In this role, you will be responsible for testing the customer booking flow on site as well as postbooking, creative content, special projects, and supporting E-commerce business applications.
Responsibilities:
Chiefly, you will oversee the e-commerce channel's conversion performance while analyzing and identifying the pain points of the booking flow experience. On top of that, you will create test cases and perform manual and automated testing on new project initiatives to discover potential improvements as well as bugs. You will also discuss with product owners and developers to define and resolve problems, and promote ideas for improving the user experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, engineering, business or related field
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Familiar with a variety of testing concepts, practices and procedures
• Organized with ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• A self-starter, self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Positive attitude, handle stress well in a highly changing environment
