www.bromma.com.We are looking for a QSR administrator (Quality service report) with location at our office in Stockholm (Akalla). One of our employees will take on new challenges in the company and we need a replacement. The position is permanent.
Your main accountabilities
• Manage the QSR system in given geographical area but also back-up for other areas if needed.
• Take an active role in collecting further necessary information from various sources to solve the task
• Follow up spare part deliveries and coordinate with service work
• Gather statistics of frequent problems and communicate them with Product care
• Actively develop the QSR concept from a technical and customer relations point of view
• Assist in evaluation of alternative QSR systems inside or outside the Cargotec group
• Develop and maintain good working relations with Supply, Product Care, R&D, Service (Bromma and Cargotec Service) and Frontline.
You will report to our Customer Support Manager.
Qualifications
In terms of personal attributes you must be a person who likes to organize and to solve problems. Skills in building relationships, both internally and externally, are another success factor.
We expect you also to have:
• University degree, Technical direction, or equivalent experience.
• Experience and knowledge of our brand Bromma Conquip and our products is highly qualifying.
• Good communication skill in English. Other language skills are considered as an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
