Here's what the role involves:

• Be responsible of securing food safety and quality according to Oatly standards, EU and local laws/regulations in different innovation projects within our Oat products

• Secure the choice of equipment/contract manufacturer

• Secure regulatory compliance insights within innovation projects

• Work very close to innovation and QA Engineers/resources at the production sites

• Secure Oatly quality standards when sourcing and implementing new manufacturers or externally produced products.

• Execute initial audits of external manufacturers and secure documentation, that is inspection of processes, compliance with applicable food laws/regulations, verification of HACCP plans and other standards

• Set the sampling plan according to risk analysis

The position is placed in Landskrona and will require some travelling to different manufacturing/supplier locations. The QA Innovation Manager reports QA Director EMEA.

Are you the Oatsome person we are looking for?

Besides being a person who is passionate about food safety, quality and sustainability and finds it inspiring to work together with others you also have a proven track record of improvement-driven work. As a person, we believe that you are analytic and have a holistic and structured approach.

We think your oatsomeness is built upon the following qualities, but also a tolerance for oat-based puns, because those are not going away anytime soon:

• You have a Bachelor 's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, biology, chemistry or equivalent

• A minimum of 5 years working in the food industry with quality management

• Good knowledge of food chemistry, process technology and food hygiene/microbiology

• Experience from auditing (Quality, Food Safety, Health/Safety or environments

• Knowledge of BRC

• Experience from working with risk analysis, HACCP and Food Safety Management in a manufacturing environment

• Experience in Project Management

• Knowledge of Food legislation

• Excellent English skills, verbally and written

• If you have experience with QPVP it 's a huge plus!
