Job Description
Divided Change Team is a new set up at Divided. Here you will be part of driving Divided 's progress agenda and supporting the organization in new ways of working, enabling an even better customer offer. We work closely with all parts of the Divided organization and are the true catalysts for change. Our tight collaboration with other Business units and Business Tech is key to reach better and quicker results and we always keep the customer in focus. Divided change team includes various cutting-edge competencies, always one step ahead collaborating to achieve greater results.
As a project manager within the Divided Change team, you will work with various types of projects connected to the Divided Assortments progress agenda. You have the responsibility of planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. You will manage a full, or aspects of a project from start to finish, to ensure it is completed on time within budget. Furthermore, you will be working cross functional and with different Business units.

You will also be responsible for;
Designing, communicating, and implementing an operational plan for completing the project,
Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan
Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources needed to complete the project
Setting priorities, allocating tasks, and coordinating project staff to meet project targets and milestones
Working independently to plan and complete the projects and seeking guidance when needed
Make use of best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues when relevant for the project
Act as a resource in the project and give support to project team members
Communicate with stakeholders to the project

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are a strong informal leader with the ability to steer your team towards set goals and through new ways of working. Your entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision and flexibility will be important assets as well as your ability to keep track of a high volume of timelines for the different product groups. communicator.
