Place: Stockholm
Role: Consultant role with a duration of 7 months
You will in this role be part of a team of 8 and at Bosch Siemens Home Appliances and as the Project Manager you will plan and lead business process improvement projects across all functions of a sales subsidiary. You will also implement and follow-up resulting process improvements to ensure long-term success. Via coaching, training and community building you will Evangelize process management methodologies within the broader organization.
Who are we looking for?
We see that you have experience in a similar role where you have gained knowledge of operational excellence / process improvements and the business process (sales, admin etc.). We also see that you have a track record in running/coaching process improvement projects and Implementation of process improvement methodology in an organization.
You have strong experience with collaborating online, incl. facilitation of workshops and working with teams on their improvements.
Requirement
* Education: Master in Business Administration or related
* Experience: +5 years working experience with a relation to process management
* Knowledge of Lean admin, 6 Sigma, or other
* Fluent in English, it's meritorious if you also know a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish)
