We are looking for a Project Manager IT, QUALIFICATION SERVICES to work with our specialist QUALIFICATION SERVICES team of approximately 70 employees across the world. What you'll do
Act as liaison between IT team and internal clients to meet systems specifications within cost and time plans.
Provide regular analysis and feedback on all phases of projects to project teams, internal management team on the state of various projects.
Provide a measurable, consistent, high quality and "customer-focused" approach to projects and with end-to-end accountability.
Leads all aspects of the full project management life cycle for highly sophisticated and strategic initiatives from proposal through implementation.
Serve as one of key focal points for qualification services systems/platforms from day to day support and overall roadmap/governance.
Collaborate as appropriate with cross-functional teams to enable new use/optimized cases and offerings to be implemented in the qualification services platform
Who you are
Education: Bachelor degree in Computer, Engineering or similar education
• 10 years of experience leading IT projects
Experience working with cross functional teams
Experience of development of validated software's and data transfer
Continuous improvement oriented
Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal
Team oriented - ability to lead, motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Experience from IT project management within service business, preferably in life science business.
Ability to travel internationally up to 10% of time
EU or UK work permit.
Desired:
Experience of E-performance for qualification of instruments
Experience of ValGenesis software
Experience of Salesforce/Service Max
Knowledge of XML editing/editors
