Job summary
As a Project Manager within Process Engineering, you will be part of our team performing tasks connected to machine suppliers and design of production equipment, as well as leading and initiating projects and collaborations within the company. Your role will also include practical work as you will take part in running trials in our pilot and prototype lab. Our focus is renewable and/or recycled fibre materials and we collaborate with partners and customers in different industries like textile, construction, and packaging.
Main responsibilities
Lead process-related activities in our development projects, from equipment specifications and supplier contacts to launch of production.
Contribute to, or lead, process technology development as well as product development.
Perform practical development work in our pilot and prototype lab.
Run, plan, document and follow up own projects and support other project managers with your specialist areas.
Take an active role in the work of supplementing our machine park with relevant equipment.
Participate in sales and development of new collaborations.
Skills and characteristics

Qualifications
Educational background with a Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or similar, or acquired knowledge through work experience.
At least 3 years of documented professional experience from process-related development, preferably in connection with collaborative projects with suppliers or partners.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Swedish is an advantage
Skills and experiences from project management, Total Quality Management, or Sourcing process are highly merited.
