Packet Core Business Area Digital Services (BDGS) develop and deliver packet core solutions for mobile networks. With us, you will be part of the next step in development of our products. We are currently looking for a Project Manager with Change management skills driving projects at Development Group Mobility Control Plane to deliver Cloud Native products. This to meet our new demands for flexible, fast, scalable, innovative 5G-networks.
As a Project Manager in this position, you will be responsible for execution of various smaller to larger assignments/projects within Mobility Control Plane for Ericsson's new packet core products supporting 5G networks.
What you will do
Project planning to secure the delivery of our products and smaller assignments
Secure planning, coordination, execution and visualized of all activities
Create and document time and capability plans
Manage reports and necessary documentation
Analyze and manage risks
Proactive scenario planning
Managing and visualizing dependencies
Identify and implementing improvements
Communicate, coordinate and align with both internal and external stakeholders
You will bring
Experienced (3-5 years) and good track record as project/program manager
Good understanding of SW development
Experience in Change Management
Result oriented with quality and customer focus
Very good skills in communication and in handling relations (Be able to communicate with stakeholders and other key persons)
Team player and good people skills
Excellent English skills in both writing and conversation
Be able to take decisions when needed
Drive commitments with high energy
Large degree of flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks.
Experience working according to Lean and Agile way of working
Furthermore, the Project Manager is one of the leaders in the organization why it is important for you to have a high interest in people, processes, and technologies.
