About the jobYou will be part of an experienced team of 5 Project Managers and our mission is to enable that business benefits are delivered from CIT related projects by providing Project Management Excellence.
In this role, you take responsibility for actions, projects and people. The main tasks and responsibilities include initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of the assignments to ensure that deliverables are on time, within budget and scope.
The first assignment you will handle is to lead the template development for one of our very big ERP initiatives. You will be responsible for the IT part, making sure that each sprint delivers the agreed scope, and that needed project resources are available and managed efficiently.
The position is located in Lund.
What you knowWe believe you have a University degree combined with 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager from an international environment.
To be successful you have:
Solid experience from project management positions, preferably from IT, agile and waterfall
Experience in leading large diverse teams to successful results
PMI's PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred, Prince2, agile working method experience is a plus
Knowledge of ERP systems.
