We're looking for a passionate Project Manager with sourcing focus to our Global Project team within Operations for Compact Heat Exchangers.So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
Product Group Compact Heat Exchangers (CHE) have a strong focus on product differentiation and introduction of new products for the coming years. Sourcing is a central area where we need to strengthen our team with one Project Manager with sourcing focus to meet this demand.
Today, the Global Project team consists of five project managers who are responsible for the new product development (NPD) projects within Operations Manufacturing globally. The new Project Manager Sourcing is leading and coordinating sourcing related activities inside the NPD and existing product development (EPD) projects globally in the product group.
About the jobYour tasks:
Manage sourcing in global NPD and EPD projects.
Project planning, cost calculation, delivery and follow up.
Interacting and/or reporting to Project Managers, stakeholders and line managers (depending on the project).
What you knowWe are looking for a candidate who have an engineering degree on Master level or have experience from our product, combined with a strong business understanding. In addition, you:
have experience of managing development projects, or subprojects, in an international environment.
have experience from sourcing in an international environment
are familiar with working in stage-gate development processes and working with tools for planning,calculation forecasting and following up.
Are fluent in English and Swedish.

The position is permanent full time and is based in Lund. Depending on the type of projects, a certain amount of travelling is required.
