We're seeking a Project Manager to spearhead our latest initiative: developing a new cutting-edge control system, incorporating connected assets, and advancing our data analytics capabilities. Our mission is to deliver superior solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Role Description
As a Project Manager within our R&D department, you will:
Report directly to the CTO.
Lead and coordinate development activities across various organizational teams.
Adhere to the Berg project model, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
Drive results, drawing on your experience in similar project environments.
Meet product specifications, including technical requirements, timelines, and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate projects, initially focusing on control system development.
Develop solutions that align with regulatory standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
Liaise with subcontractors and partners.
Produce comprehensive project documentation.
Innovate in project management and operational methodologies
Candidate Profile
Experience/Background:
Proven experience in project management, especially in embedded control systems, connected assets, data analytics, machinery interfacing, and sensors.
Familiarity with software development projects.
Insight into the marine industry is a plus.
Strong technical acumen in electrical engineering.
Detail-oriented and driven work ethic.
Personal Qualities:
Thorough and self-motivated.
Decisive, even under stress.
Solution-focused, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative, humble, and skilled in building productive relationships.
Adaptable to changing circumstances.
Proficient in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills.
