Job Description
Join our dynamic and forward-thinking Employee Engagement team as a Project Manager, where your expertise and leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the engagement landscape within our organization. As a Project Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives, drive effective communication plans, and craft tools and resources to empower our teams. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a Group-wide mission focused on creating engaged and high-performing teams, leveraging agile and data-driven strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
Project Management
Take ownership of projects and initiatives within the Employee Engagement roadmap.
Oversee and drive the successful execution of projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and ensuring project goals are met.
Create comprehensive project plans that effectively address the business needs, align with HR strategies, and provide exceptional HR services.
Communication Management:
Support Employee Engagement Manager to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans.
Effectively interact with executives and senior management to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and align project objectives with business goals.
Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder networks to secure project progress
Tool and Resource Development:
Create modern and relevant tools and resources to empower teams working with Employee Engagement.
Contribute to the evolution of a Group-wide Employee Engagement methodology through training, workshops and other learning programs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the field of HR or Communication.
Strong strategic thinking and operational leadership skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate.
Strong stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in developing tools and resources to enhance team capabilities.
Capability to multi-task with proven experience of managing multiple projects.
Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex and evolving organizational landscape.
Resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to long-term business success.
