hela Sverige We are looking for a consultant to step into a Project Manager APP role. The Product Manager App is responsible for developing and managing the backlog, including user stories and related priorities, in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure:
a) the creation of engaging and user-friendly mobile applications, and b) the realization of business opportunities and innovation potential.
As part of a cross-functional collaboration with representatives from the Product Area Service, Product Units (such as PU Heads, Product Owners, R&D, and Project Managers), and other development teams (e.g., sensor teams), you play a key role in project execution, ensuring that the value of each product increment is clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders.
In your daily work, you continuously aim to enhance competitiveness by driving innovation, simplifying processes, ensuring high quality, and optimizing overall product lifecycle costs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Establish and articulate the product vision and strategy for mobile applications, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching business objectives.
• Develop and manage a structured and well-prioritized product backlog.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect and prioritize requirements, ensuring they align with the company's business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including app developers and UI/UX designers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality features and continuous improvements for the mobile applications.
• Serve as the main contact person for all product-related questions and decision-making processes.
• Create and manage comprehensive product roadmaps and release plans
• Oversee the timely launch of product updates and new releases, ensuring they meet both quality expectations and deadlines.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for innovation and product enhancements.
Responsibilities and Authority:
• Demonstrate leadership through actions to motivate and inspire team members, fostering a culture of open communication and effective collaboration.
• Establish clear objectives and expectations, offering continuous feedback and acknowledging achievements to drive team performance.
• Design and implement streamlined processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and achieve better project results.
• Oversee and track ongoing development projects, with a focus on reviewing and ensuring progress through product increments.
• Ensure seamless cross-product compatibility for our mobile applications.
• Take part in or manage projects within cross-departmental teams.
• Coordinate product testing and certification processes in collaboration with the product verification and certification team.
• Mentor and guide students working on practical assignments or master's theses, providing support throughout their projects.

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
• Strategic, intuitive thinker with the ability to connect ideas and drive solutions.
• A global mindset with a focus on business growth, and entrepreneurial action.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronics, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
• At least 5 years of experience in an R&D role; teamleading experience is a valuable asset.
