About you
Do you have a passion for Project management, get people together and work towards a common goal?
Are you a project leader who finds motivation in supporting people's growth while taking full responsibility for leading cross-functional projects - from planning to execution?

Key responsibilities
Lead projects within agreed scope, time, and budget.
Use proven methodology for planning and executing projects.
Manage project dependencies and interfaces with different teams.
Listen to and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Organise, lead, and engage people across different units and geographies.
Support change management to ensure readiness for organizational changes.
Qualifications
A university degree or equivalent experience, ideally with a background in project or change management.
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset - with a passion for improving how things are done.
A natural leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.
Passion for improving people's lives at home and delivering better solutions for IKEA.
Experience leading projects involving IT development or digital transformation.

The position is based in Älmhult, Sweden.
