Then you might be the next Project Lead for Weekday's Content Studio Team.
Job Description
WHAT YOU DO
As a Project Lead in the Weekday Content Studio, you will lead, manage, and coordinate projects from initial phase to final stage to achieve set goals, drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with a team of creatives that creates custom content for all channels and touchpoints. You will evaluate established processes and set new ones, work cross-functionally across teams and be a key person in ensuring that our content is in line with brand platform, visual identity and meets expectations of set KPIs.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate, lead and drive projects from idea to finalized assignment, including timeline for all activities and productions
Collaborate cross functionally and manage external partners when needed, to achieve set goals
Coordinate, manage and follow up on all projects and administrative parts, including production
Continuously research to keep yourself updated within your area of expertise and responsibility
Manage and follow up budget distribution, negation and invoices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree within related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience within digital project or production management.
A strategic yet creative mindset and experience of briefing creatives
Great self-management skills.
Full proficiency in English.
