Think of this position as our project ship's captain, ensuring the team succeeds smoothly. Your job? Keep things on track, on time, and while staying on budget. You'll be the go-to person, dealing with risks, handling money, and ensuring the whole crew stays safe and sound. Safety isn't just a priority; it's the priority for the project and everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities
Devoted to fostering collaboration and satisfaction among customers and stakeholders.
Skillfully plan, schedule, and control activities to seamlessly fulfill planned tasks, making the most of available resources.
Keep a sharp eye on project finances-maintain or boost contract margins, ensure healthy cash flow, and manage risks effectively to keep cash flow.

Your Background

Essentials
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in an engineering or other relevant field.
Extensive years of experience in large multi-faceted electrical projects.
Demonstrated experience in project management of large or mega projects.
Additional Information
The location for this role can be flexible for locations within Sweden, but Ludvika or Västerås are preferred locations.
