Our client is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support with administrative duties to our clients Managements team. You will be based in Malmö and work close together in a small team of project coordinators.

About the assignment

The focus point of the assignment is:

* Lead specific assignments, projects and events

* Calendar management including coordinate and support in content and preparation, minutes, follow up on actions, room bookings, office equipment, technical support, catering, etc.

* Office finance support including expense claims, invoice management, legal authority document etc.

* Support with travel, bookings, expenses, visa etc.

* Secure that documents, platforms and distribution lists are updated and communicated

* Support with other administrative tasks



Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person that can build trustful relationships with a very high level of integrity in both business and people and experience from coordinating projects and assisting/supporting roles for executive Managers. Furthermore has the ability to be proactive and take responsibility from start to end, achieve goals, handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines



Key competences;

* Preferably academic degree within business administration or corresponding relevant work experience

* Experience from leading/coordinating projects and assisting/supporting roles for executives (global experience would be beneficial)

* Capability to act with a holistic as well as detailed view/perspective

* Master Microsoft Office 365

* Ability to build trustful relationships with a very high level of integrity in both business and people

* Ability to be proactive and take responsibility from start to end, achieve goals, handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines

* Ability to take responsibility and be solution oriented

* Ability to be very well-organized and structured

* Ability to communicate in a clear and simply way including strong communication skills in English (verbal and written
