Role description
As Project Coordinator at Pharmetheus you will be a part of a team of Project Coordinators reporting to the Project Management Officer. Your main responsibility is to support the organization in the management of Pharmetheus ' overall project portfolio. You will also assist the projects with administration and status updates throughout the projects ' life cycle and you will collaborate closely with other Project Coordinators as well as Project Leaders, Contract Managers and Project Portfolio Team Leaders.
This is a full-time job, based in Stockholm or Uppsala, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely. It is a direct recruitment to the company, with an initial six months probationary period. The corporate language is English, and the preferred start date is as soon as possible.
Main tasks & responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator at Pharmetheus you will:
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Pharmetheus project management methodology.
* Monitor the status of ongoing projects and keep track of plans, budget, and deliverables.
* Initiate and support in the follow-up activities on completed projects.
* Manage project information and follow-up data.
* Manage client information, assigned client accounts, and prepare proposals.
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in this position, we believe you have:
* Bachelor 's degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant field.
* Minimum three years of related work experience.
* Excellent planning and organizing capability.
* Experience interacting and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Preferred experience from a knowledge intensive consultancy business.
