Join our HVDC Project Controlling team as a Valves Project Controller and Team Lead, where you will play a major role in driving the success of our projects!
As a Valves Project Controller, you will be responsible for financial project analysis, taking on significant responsibilities that will have a real impact on our projects. Our projects are extensive, spanning multiple years and hundreds of millions of dollars, and are vital to our world, playing a crucial role in making our future more sustainable.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the team's short-term and long-term work, planning and allocating resources, providing hands-on support and mentoring, developing team members' competences, and driving operational development and continuous improvement.
As a Valves Project Controller and Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to create a broad network both internally and externally. This position is based in Ludvika, Sweden.
How you'll make an impact:
Ensure compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines.
Joint responsibility with the Project Manager in all financial and commercial matters. Actively drive operational and financial performance of assigned projects, drive and seek optimization of project cashflow contributing to the financial result.
Support the Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews including preparation of "at completion" estimates, cost-to-complete calculations and cash flow forecasts.
Participate in opportunity/risk identification and monitor that all required actions are implemented timely.
Manage currency risks and hedging with support from relevant departments.

Your background:
We see that you have relevant industry experience in the similar or equivalent industry with Project and/or Tender controlling background.
Financial knowledge with financial degree as basic qualification and preferably several years of experience in project controlling.
You have skills to consolidate large amounts of data and make it understandable to management.
You are eager to deliver results - prioritize, act and achieve.
You drive to exceed goals and improve business practices for higher performance levels
As you will be part of a company that operates on a global arena, fluency in English is required.
