You will join our local Business Finance department
As our new Project Controller you will be part of our local Business Finance Team in Sweden. We are approx. 40 Business Finance colleagues in Sweden, supporting the different markets in Ramboll Sweden AB. You will be a part of an international Business Finance Organization with 300+ colleagues globally. The team members in Sweden are working separately with a great responsibility as well as together in internal projects to give excellent support to the Ramboll organization. This position offers location in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Follow ups and reporting of the financial status in our projects, including assisting project managers in driving improved performance Quality assurance of the project budgets and revenue
Project risk assessment
Give financial advisory regarding project maintenance
Engage in Process Optimization for Project Controlling
Training of project managers and Head of departments
Invoicing

Experience within Project Controlling in regards of large projects and project portfolios
An understanding of Project Management
A strong communicator
Experience of financial project management systems, like Maconomy
Knowledge of Excel Pivot tables and BI-systems
Masters or Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar.
Excellent language skills in English (written & oral)
As a person you are self-driven and take responsibility for actions and projects in own area. You have a business focused approach and structure information to meet the needs and understanding for the intended audience, be it top management, colleagues or other stakeholders.
We expect you to make rational judgments from the available information and analysis. You produce workable solutions to a range of problems and demonstrate and understanding of how one issue can be part of a bigger picture.
You establish timely assessments of risk and opportunities and transform these into improvement of solutions.
