hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Embark Studios AB i Stockholm As the Programmatic Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for setting up and executing our performance marketing team and strategy; using the greatest degree of automation available in the market. You will work closely with the game teams, the commercial organization and the rest of the marketing team in creating sustainable results for the company. You will be expected to be willing and capable of being "hands on" at all times, as that is our culture and our core belief. You will be a critical part of the commercial team and report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Example of responsibilities
• Define and execute our performance marketing strategy
• Perform in-depth analysis and optimization of spend
• Hire the team
• Profitably market our games
• Work very closely with the automation and analytics team to create low cost, high efficiency operations
It is imperative that you have a visionary mindset and are ready to create a solution for the future, rather than repeating your past work from other companies. As such, you need to be able to work end-to-end and understand and participate in the entire process of work.
We would love if you have
• Proven, excellent, analytical skills. Good or average will not be sufficient.
• Coding experience
• Understanding of machine learning application areas beyond the very basic
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing KPIs
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing operation interfaces, APIs and tools
• A business minded, visionary mindset
• A no nonsense, let's get it done attitude
• A passion for playing games
