hela Sverige We are looking for a program manager to join the Business Development team within the Marketing Department. The Marketing Business Development Team is responsible for identifying, prioritizing and driving marketing business development initiatives in order to increase our brand recognition, customer offer and internal efficiency. We are now running several projects of high strategic value, and it is key that the projects deliver on time and with high quality. Currently there are 5 projects that all needs to be coordinated to achieve the end goal, and have dependencies to many other activities within the company. You will manage, coordinate and follow-up the progress of the projects. Experience from driving large and complex business projects with IT is mandatory. Diplomacy and excellent communications skills will be essential for being successful in this assignment.
You will be responsible for aligning the projects and creating the program roadmap and plan, with milestones, deadlines and dependencies. There will be a program manager on the IT side and you will work closely to establish the joint responsibility for plans, progress, etc.
• Manage, follow up and secure progress according to plan
• Work with risk management and raise and drive issues and cross-border questions that put the program at risk
• Point of Contact for IT program manager
• Report status for the entire program including to the Steering Committee
• Raise resource needs
• Steering/coaching of project leaders
In order to succeed in this role we believe that you have:
• Several years of experience in project management/program management
• Experience of managing projects/programs in a marketing context
• Experience of managing projects involving technical solutions
• Experience of change management and running projects/programs that affect many people
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working with a project steering model, for instance PPS
• Ability to describe, present and explain plans and conclusions in a structured and action-oriented way to a steering group as well as users and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with different types of people and roles within both marketing, agency/supplier and IT
• Have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
