Development Service Infrastructure (DSI) within Development Unit Networks (DNEW) has the mission to enable efficient development worldwide with our engineering environment as a driven advantage, for present and future business needs.
This is achieved by flow and openness, improving collaboration with the aligned way of working as well as optimizing efficiency through infrastructure sharing!
The Program Office within DSI Operations is accountable for driving all ongoing programs within said organization.
We are now looking for a Program Manager, managing 5G Sub-6 CSIM/FsUE SAM subprogram within RA Sub-6 program.
CSIM/FsUE is the internal developed UE Simulator for 4G/5G and Cloud RAN, developed within DNEW/DSI with teams placed in several sites worldwide in Ericsson.
As a Program Manager in the DSI organization, we expect you to have a complete mentality, critical thinking and that you generate energy. This specific program manager role is quite technical to its nature, one requires to understand and challenge technical solutions, bring questions to consensus or decisions, and deploy solutions widely inside and outside the program.
What you will do
Manage approximately 16 Teams developing Features for CSIM/FsUE.
Secure input from and feedback to stakeholders.
Be active part of relevant fora at ESP Program and RA Sub-6.
Work closely with stakeholders, Program Managers in RA Program's and ESP Program.
Initiate, manage and motivate change.
Secure program commitments and plans through risk and priority management.
Work with efficient handling of issues and escalations.
You will bring
Several years of experience as project/program manager and/or line manager.
Strong leadership skills in line with Ericsson Leadership Framework and core values.
A proven ability and leadership to act in a cross organization and multi stakeholder environment.
Program planning and follow-up (time, cost, quality).
A drive to always improve and sense of urgency.
Experience in leading in an agile and lean way of working.
A strong ability to develop teams and experience of change management.
Strong Communication and Coaching skills.
Business understanding.
